Where do I find my return instructions or QR code?Updated 18 days ago
Once you complete your return request, your return details are available in two places:
1. Your email inbox
We’ll send your return (RMA) instructions to the email address used on your order, this usually arrives within a few minutes.
If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder, as it can sometimes land there.
2. The return confirmation page
After submitting your return, you’ll see a confirmation page with your QR code.
We recommend taking a screenshot or saving it so you have it ready when you drop off your return.
Do I need a shipping label?
If you selected a Happy Returns drop-off, you do not need a shipping label.
Just bring:
Your item(s) in the shoebox
Your QR code
The return location will handle the rest.
How quickly should I receive my return email?
Most return emails arrive within a few minutes.
If it hasn’t come through:
Check spam/promotions folders
Make sure you used the correct email at checkout
You can still use your QR code from the confirmation page without waiting for the email.
