Why Can’t I Start a Return or Exchange?Updated 4 days ago

Why Can’t I Start a Return or Exchange?

If you’re having trouble starting a return or exchange through our return portal, there are a few common reasons this may happen.

1. The Order Is Outside the 30-Day Return Window

Returns and exchanges must be started within 30 days of the delivery date.
If your order was delivered more than 30 days ago, the return portal may not allow the return to be started.

2. The Item Was Purchased as Final Sale

Some items in our clearance section are marked Final Sale.
Items designated as Final Sale clearance are not eligible for:
  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Refunds
  • Warranty coverage
If your item was purchased as Final Sale, the return portal will not allow a return or exchange to be started.

3. Order Information Doesn’t Match

Sometimes the return portal may not recognize an order if the information entered doesn’t match exactly.
When starting a return, make sure you enter:
  • The order number exactly as shown in your confirmation email
  • The same email address used when placing the order
  • Or shipping zip code used to place the order.
