We ship Xero Shoes to customers in more than 90 countries worldwide. Below you’ll find important information about order processing, delivery timelines, tracking updates, international shipping, and what to expect after placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within a few business days.

During high-volume periods such as sales, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be longer. We appreciate your patience while our fulfillment team prepares each order as quickly and accurately as possible.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking information.

Please note: Shipping timelines begin after your order has shipped. Processing time is separate from delivery time.


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Standard Shipping

Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment.

Express Shipping

Express orders typically arrive within 2 business days after shipment.

For example, Colorado orders include a state-required Retail Delivery Fee, which is non-refundable.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

All packages are shipped as commercial merchandise and cannot be marked as gifts.


Tracking Information

After your order ships:

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
  • It’s normal for tracking to pause between carrier scan locations.
  • Some shipments may show limited movement until they reach a regional sorting facility.
  • International tracking may temporarily pause while clearing customs.

We partner with major national and international carriers to deliver orders worldwide. The carrier used for your shipment may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and fulfillment availability.

Your shipping confirmation email contains the most accurate tracking link and carrier information for your order.

In most cases, your package is still moving even if tracking hasn’t updated recently.


When to Contact Us

Please contact our Customer Happiness team if:

  • Your order has not shipped after several business days outside of major sale periods.
  • Your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days after carrier acceptance.
  • Your U.S. order has not arrived after two weeks from shipment.
  • Your international order has not arrived after four weeks from shipment.
  • Your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package.

Expedited Shipping

If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options may be available during checkout.

Please note that expedited delivery timelines begin after the order ships and do not include processing time.
