Are Xero Shoes Vegan?

At Xero Shoes, our mission is to help people experience the benefits — and the comfort and fun — of natural movement. Whenever possible, we design our products using vegan-friendly materials.

However, some styles include leather or suede components to meet certain durability, structure, or workplace needs. 

Because of this, not every Xero Shoes style is vegan.

If you're looking for a vegan-friendly alternative, here are is a

• Prio All Day SR = Scrambler Trail Low WP although not slip-resistant this alternative is waterproof. 

• Tari II = Alpine Pull On similar pull on winter style.

• Phoenix Leather = Phoenix Knit a nice knit alternative

• Prio Suede = Prio the same style but vegan friendly materials

• Kelso = Prio our original Xero Shoe style with vegan friendly materials.

• Glenn Dress = Dillon Canvas an elevated and breathable option.

• Ridgeway = Scrambler Mid II WP a waterproof and hiking ready alternative.

• Ridgeway Chelsea = Scrambler Trail Mid WP a rugged and ready alternative.

• Dillon Leather = Dillon Knit same style just with knit.

Most of Xero Shoes styles are made with synthetic and textile materials and are considered vegan-friendly.
